Plays and burns our albums and tapes to CD beautifully, but every one of our 45s skips. I emailed Beach Audio, who shipped me the product, to see if we might need a different needle, and they tell me to contact IntelliTouch. I smell the old "run-around" and I'm not happy about it. The product may be decent but customer service is definitely lacking.
