(More customer reviews)I had done all my research on stereos that work with the iPhone. I thought this one would be perfect. Here is what I have found:
1. the buttons feel very cheap
2. my iPhone barely fits in the compartment behind the face.
3. a 4gb SD card takes about a minute to initialize every time I start my car
4. did not come with a face cover to car the face around or store in.
5. the voice that talks to you when someone calls, etc cannot pronounce anything -- even the basic features of the device (let alone someone's name!)
6. the speakerphone does not pickup my voice very well at all in my car (have tried several different locations
7. having my iPhone stored behind the face is annoying and barely used -- as you have no access to your phone and you have to shut down the stereo if you need to pull it out.

Scosche Bfha Bluefusion Interface Module For Factory Hands-Free (Honda) Review

(More customer reviews)In 2009, Honda added Bluetooth to the Civic (and that nifty USB plug). Mine, of course, is a 2008 4-door Civic Si with Navigation, without Bluetooth or a nifty USB plug.
Along comes this here thingy that I tripped across from much Google searching.
The install was, frankly, a pain in the butt. 4 - 5 dash pieces must be removed, just to get to the back of the radio. Scosche offers no instruction on disassembling your dash, so prepare for more internet searches. [IMPORTANT: remember to have your radio code handy (you're unplugging it and it will ask you for it.) You can recover it from Honda's Owners' Link web-page, but only during certain hours/days of the week.] Unfortunately the install instructions they DO provide are quite vague, referencing ALL the supported Honda models and setups on one piece of paper. You'll need their wiring harness(Scosche part#BFHAHB sold separately) and a vague idea of how to patch into the steering wheel control wire. Hint: for me, I used a T-tap (Google it) that was NOT included, though the instructions suggested it was. I also routed the included microphone wire all the way from my rear-view mirror, down the A-pillar, and through the dash.
After turning the car on for the first time, you select XM, then press the #6 preset. To clarify - there is no need to press and hold, like I did. Just one press. It should say BLUEFUSION on your screen, and you can now discover devices on your phone, adding it as a headset.
I'm using an HTC EVO mobile phone, and it does successfully stream A2DP audio with apps like Grooveshark and such. I have to lower the phone's volume, as it seems over-amplified, but sound quality is good. The steering wheel controls for + and - CH actually do forward and reverse through playlists, which is very very nice.
This is not a super cheap solution for hands free, but add the A2DP audio streaming and this becomes a significant upgrade over your standard Bluetooth headset. I'd buy it again.

(More customer reviews)I am mainly starting this review to let people know that this is not just for the module but the whole kit with this seller. Also the description states it is for a Honda but it worked great in my 07 Toyota Highlander. One of the better aftermarket too OEM Bluetooth solutions I have seen come out. I have only used it 30 min and will add to this when I have used it extensively. It works well and with my steering wheel controls which I have had issues with another Scosche module. It's in call volume is great and call quality is unnoticeable from just using the phone. The only bad thing I have to say is I get a small amount of static with high volumes and it can only use one phone at a time. Other than that it was a great purchase.

Does exactly what we expected it do, comfortable to wear. The only a-ha was the lack of a mute button on the headset, other than that, which is not a deal breaker by any means, a great performer.

Pioneer Premier DEH-P710BT - Radio / CD / MP3 player / digital player - Full-DIN - in-dash - 50 Watts x 4 Review

(More customer reviews)Well, after anxiously awaiting this stereo to be released by Pioneer, and then waiting for stores to stock it, I finally ordered mine on-line and had it installed about a month ago. In addition to the tuner, I am using an HD receiver (GEX-P20HD), my BlackBerry 8310 (no ipod or iphone yet), and Kingston DataTraveler 16 GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I did not need the Motorola Antenna Y-adapter suggested by Amazon.
There are many things to love about this stereo:
1) The Bluetooth hands-free feature is great and I love the convenience and sound quality of being able to play music off of my BlackBerry via Bluetooth.
2) HD is well worth it, as radio stations sound very good and I love having new radio choices on the supplemental HD channels.
3) The two USB inputs are really convenient. Note that if you use the iPod connector you'll only have 1 USB input available as the iPod connector connects to one of the USBs. I bought my 16GB flash drive for ~$30 and it's so nice not to have to carry multiple CDs anymore in the car.
4) The display is gorgeous. It's surprising how cheap all other car displays now look.
5) The sound is fantastic
Some suggestions that would make the receiver even better (which maybe can be fixed with future firmware upgrades if Pioneer is reading this):
1) You can only preset 6 stations per FM band. Car radios have been around for many decades, we have put a man on the moon, iPods hold tons of music, HD radio is here, etc. It's silly that Pioneer still limits you to 6 stations. True, you do have FM1, FM2, and FM3, but they aren't connected. I'd like 18 or so stations on one band and program music on the other bands when I'm in a different city.
2) When presetting a station, you get a generic Preset Ch 1, Preset Ch 2, etc, vs. the call letters of the station or the frequency of the station (ie. KTCL, or KTCL 93.3)
3) When playing MP3s of a flash drive in shuffle mode, and you don't like a particular song and press next, the next song from that folder plays. I think it should shuffle randomly to any song on your flash drive.
4) I would suggest that shuffle capability be expanded. When playing from a flash device, I think it would be great to shuffle locally within the folder (e.g. the currently playing Rise Against CD), locally within the directory (e.g. all Rise Against CDs in the Rise Against folder), and then a total shuffle of all music on the flash drive.
5) Every now and then, something doesn't work. Maybe no radio stations come in, or the pressing the voice command to call a number on the remote doesn't work, or the unit powers down by itself. A power cycle always resolves the problem.
