I am glad I bought this phone. I fell in love with it since I got it out of the box.
PROS:
* Slim design, executive look
* Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional (great improvement)
* AGPS. 100% accurate when you choose My Location. Associated with
google maps is an A+. (Why pay for something that is already part of the
phone...That goes for you VERIZON!!!!).
* Opera Browser works great (sorry Internet Explorer)
* Touchscreen is very responsive (if you do not want screen to vibrate,
you can disable it in SETTINGS.
* Stylus, I do not use it. my fingers do the job excellent.
* Push E-Mail. I get all my emails from work, POP accounts, Gmail, (which
is already integrated in the phone), and of course windows live
messenger.
* Video player is very good, good resolution, great audio. (One thing
I dicovered today is that I can listen to Internet radio, WOW!!)
* My 5 Faves...NOT REALLY, but keep reading, (in this case 4 faves, yes, one of the widgets lets you add 4
people you call the most just like my five faves.) I am using my Omnia
with T-mobile and this came very handy.)
* Microsoft Office, YES! you have Excel, Word, Power Point. All 3 are
mobile version, you can read and edit any documents as you wish. you
also can read .pdf files, isn't that something?? you will love this
phone.
CONS:
* I personaly, don't have any negative comments on this phone, but I will
mention one that I know bothers some people out there, that is:

NO 3G Network compatibility in the USA. This phone was made exclusively
for Asia and Europe and their 3G works on a different band. But I tell
you one thing, Internet over EDGE is very good, so I really don't care
at all about 3G speed. So keep this in mind....NO 3G in the USA.
Over All, this is a great phone. you will have to take your time to play with it to find all its features and how to make them work for you. Don't get frustrated if you don't get it to work the way you want the first time. It took me a good week to figure this phone out and now I am very excited I chose this phone. Iphone is a thing of the past, which I never had but my friends have it and some of them are not too happy with it, plus, they got stuck in a contract. Here you don't have to do that.
Thank you SAMSUNG for this phone.
I have include this link called Omnia i900 - The Whole Nine Yards
This will make you take a final decision to get this phone or not.
Hope it helps, like it helped me to get this phone

I picked this phone up for my wife, replacing her aging E51. Overall, it's an improvement over the E51, despite it not being intended as a replacement for it.
She loved the form factor of the E51, and is willing to tolerate the added thickness of the E75 in exchange for the slide out qwerty. She wanted to do email and facebook on the phone, primarily, so the qwerty was definitely on the menu as far as she was concerned.
Build quality isn't as good as my E71, though it's pretty good. when working on the qwerty, it feels a bit cheap in my hands, though I suspect that's a common problem with phones of this genre. Application-wise, everything worked, except for repeated problems she had with the built-in Mail for Exchange support (Google Sync for Mail, Contacts & Calendar). This was positively awful. So unreliable, that we wound up purchasing a license for RoadSync, which has proven to be quite acceptable for her. This fact demonstrates that it wasn't a service-related problem, rather a software one.
Battery life is decent, though she's not a super-heavy data user. I'm pleased with S60 3.0 FP2's use of AP groups, allowing you to stack the home wifi above carrier gprs/hspa, which is a huge improvement over FP1 devices. Nice touch - it can charge over the micro-usb connector, a welcome change for Nokia devices.

This phone is great, I bought a Addected to Phones, and it's great, the version sent to me is Asian, and brings the Asian languages also includes the U.S. English and UK English, I've been testing it only a day and have not experienced failures has detected my SIM with no problems, has a great screen, is very light, not heavy or sit practically, has excellent sound, the headphones are more comfortable than my N85 but I wish it had buttons to increase or decrease volume or change songs, the speed is impressive. The battery charge it fully and so far has not been exhausted after several hours of listening to music and surf the Internet. It has no flash but it does have the front camera. Comes with European charger but bring your adapter for U.S.. This phone has no 3G 850Mhz band. I9000DXJG4 Firmware is installed which is Android 2.1 Eclair July. 100% Recommended!
100% Recomendado!!!

It's a good phone, has good solid body and a easy to use built in keyboard, the only issue that I have found at the moment which I don't feel it is going to last is the "Z" mecanism for open / closing the phone. So far with the use I had give it it's loosing its consistence and the screen is more loose rather than conserving its tight to the panel.
Other than that it is great I'm happy with my new phone, the software is OK but talking about HTC Likes lacks of software reviews and features, but that's not a problem if you use Android Marked instead.

i recently purchase this phone i have the red one. the phone was for the asian market and it had chinese manual and the language on the phone but it does come with a disk english manual to tell you how to change the language on the phone. it has a great camera and still playing with the apps on this phone.
It works well with my att sim card and my t-mobile sim card.
this phones does't come with the android network it uses brew mobile platform which i have never heard before and im not sure if i should try to download android apps or brew apps on this phone, dont want to ruin the phone. brew doesn't have a lot of apps to chose from if anybody know where i can download apps for this phone i would like to know. the phone works okay makes calls just fine.
This phone has the htc sense texting can get complicated for me because the has english letters and the chinese so it gets tricky and i cannot remove the chinese letters from the keyboard. has qwerty and landscape keyboard. it is a good phone for the price.

LG KF750 Secret Black Label Series phone, (Unlocked, Intl. Version) no U.S. Warranty Review

LG KF750 Secret Black Label Series phone, (Unlocked, Intl. Version) no U.S. Warranty
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've had this phone for over a week now. I've barely used it for calls and I am even having trouble working out which buttons to press for calls. I must say it was beautifully packaged like an expensive box of chocolates. The handset was not expensive though, since it was provided free of charge by the telecommunications carrier which I use.
I mostly use it for web browsing. I found the supplied software useless for this purpose, but quickly downloaded Opera directly to the phone. This I found very useful for setting up bookmarks to mobile sites. This is my first web enabled handset, and I've found it great for checking the weather report in the morning. Speed to download web pages was very fast, even though this is due to the mobile phone company service.
I've been unable to connect the phone to the computer. I have no need for syncing the phone with my PC, but I would like to be able to download the latest firmware for my handset if that is available. I've been unable to locate any information about how to download the firmware, so the inability to connect to the PC is not
I didn't find the games of any interest at all. None of the other applications that you can download were of any use or of any interest to me either.
I find the phone a delight to experience in general since its beautifully designed, but sometimes its really impractical in the way it operates. The phone controls via the glass interface are often delayed in responding. There are so many options its confusing, and sometimes difficult to select the right button. Entering text can be very annoying, and I wish there was an easier way to enter standard characters such as "." in a web address. The angle of the keypad (slightly lower than the main plane of the phone) can lead to cramp in your thumb. Still I believe I'll eventually get used to it. However, I've marked it down one star for this.

Samsung M8800 Pixon Unlocked Phone--International Version with No Warranty (Black) Review

Samsung M8800 Pixon Unlocked Phone--International Version with No Warranty (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this as a replacement for my LG KU990R "Viewty." It had a 5 megapixel camera, but the Samsung M8800 "Pixon" has an 8-megapixel camera. The Pixon is the Innov8's sister phone. The Innov8 is a Symbian-type sliding phone, but the Pixon is a full touch screen model. The Pixon has the same 3.2-inch touch screen as the Samsung Behold, Eternity, and Omnia. The screen is responsive, big, and bright. There are just three hard keys, a call send/call log, end/on-off, and a back button in the middle. What makes Samsung's phones unique is their use of the TouchWhiz interface and on-screen application icons called widgets. Samsung's TouchWhiz interface is also found on the Behold, Eternity, Omnia, and F480 "Tocco." There are tons of cool features in here. The phone is built around the camera which is also a very good video camera that shoots 720i HD video. The multimedia player is easy to use and plays MP3's MPEG's, AVI's, WMA's, WMV, WAV, MPEG-4, and DivX files. There are also video and photo-editing programs. The camera takes awesome pictures for a cell phone. Colors are vibrant and realistic, and the LED flash works well up close, but forget about it working in a dark room if your subject is over 3 feet away.
The phone itself is a GSM quad-band phone, so it will work all over the world. It has Edge and 3G 7.2 mb/s HSDPA, but 3G will not work in the USA. I use it on T-Mobile and it works just fine. You'll have to set it up for T-Zones though, and until you do, it will accept text messages, but won't accept multimedia messages and you cannot use T-Zones. Calls come in loud and clear. The speaker phone is great.
People probably want to compare the Pixon to LG's 8-megapixel Renoir. In my opinion, the Pixon is a much better phone. LG tries hard to copy Samsung's TouchWhiz interface and widgets, and does pretty good, but it's not the same. The LG's screen is smaller (3.0 inches), and not as sensitive to touch inputs. The Pixon's camera is also better, but not by much. It's hard to notice the difference, but Samsung's camera does a better job with color reproduction, and the camera interface is much eaiser to use. Texting on the Pixon is also better thanks to a larger computer-like virtual QWERTY keyboard. Overall, both are good phones and cameras, but the Pixon wins the phone war with user-friendliness, functions, and a better camera.
The bad: Despite a 1000mAh battery, this phone uses a lot of juice. It is kind of discomforting seeing the battery indicator going from 5 bars to 3 in just 1 day. Fully charged and occasionally used, the battery will be drained in 2-3 days. My LG Viewty and Motorola E6's batteries lasted much longer, but then again because this phone has a serious camera, in all fairness the battery life is not too bad. Just keep it charged.
Samsung has made a great phone that's also a good camera. As hard as it is to get everything right, Samsung does a pretty good job.

HTC Desire A8181 Android Smartphone with 5 MP Camera, Wi-Fi, Touchscreen and Bluetooth--International Version with No Warranty Review

HTC Desire A8181 Android Smartphone with 5 MP Camera, Wi-Fi, Touchscreen and Bluetooth--International Version with No Warranty

I have had my unlocked HTC Desire for a little over two weeks. At first, I was thrilled with it because it has such a nice display and Android 2.1 runs so smoothly. In the last couple of days, though, it has developed an annoying issue and I think all potential buyers should be warned. Occasionally when placing a call, the screen will go blank and there is no way to end the call or get the display back. HTC delivered at least my Desire with this flaw - and there are some hits on Google about this. All you have to do is Google "HTC Desire screen goes blank" to see what I mean. Apparently, the proximity sensor used by HTC does not work correctly all of the time. What it should do is turn off the screen and disable the buttons when you place the phone to your ear. The faulty sensor does not turn the screen back on and enable the buttons when you pull the phone away from your ear. I am hoping the Android 2.2 update will fix this problem, otherwise I am going to return my phone before the 30-day return period expires.
** Edited to add **
Two things have eliminated this problem today - and I do not know which helped the most. First, Android 2.2 was offered on the Desire today and I updated it. Second, one internet post indicated that a clear scratch protector may be causing the problem. I removed the scratch protector from the screen and the problem has gone away. I am not comfortable using it with no scratch protector - but I am much happier with the phone.

I purchased this product from amazon about 5 months ago. It shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. I give this phone a 4 for the features. It's great being able to upload any of my favorite songs to use as ring tones and I love that it came with both head phones, the micro SD AND the appropriate usb hook up. The camera is also amazing, After uploading the photos you can hardly tell that they were taken with a cell phone.
My only gripe (and reason for giving a 4 not a 5) is the craftsman ship. Internally the phone is sturdy. It has a great speaker awesome sound quality and user friendly software. It's jut the outside that can't stand wear and tear (especially if you tend to drop things). I've dropped it twice and on the second time it fell face down and the front slide bar cracked (and partially fell off). That feature of the phone still works but the aesthetic is damaged. I had a feeling that it would happen. Protruding parts on the front of phones always end up damaged sooner or later, I wish the company had considered that.

Samsung I9000T Galaxy S 8GB Unlocked Cell Phone with Camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth--International Version with 1 Year Warranty (Black) Review

Samsung I9000T Galaxy S 8GB Unlocked Cell Phone with Camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth--International Version with 1 Year Warranty (Black)

If you have done your homework, you should be aware of the pros and cons of the Galaxy S. The star feature is, of course, the screen. The only noteworthy drawback is the GPS, which is very weak and unstable, making Navigation pretty much useless. There are plenty of reviews comparing this phone with iPhone, HTC, etc., if you're in doubt go read them.
About this particular version - Unlocked International Version with 1 Year Warranty sold by Amazon.com:
When you get the phone the first thing you'll notice is that everything will be in Greek. Don't panic. Just press the Home (middle) button, and click the Menu icon, that is on the lower left corner outside the screen. Click on the gear icon, then scroll down until you see the "A with dots" icon. Click that and then click the first option in the menu. Now you may choose among many languages. European Portuguese and US English are available. Phew!
Soon you'll realize that Android Market is broken. You'll be stuck with the preloaded apps until you update the firmware on the phone. To update, download KIES from Samsung. Install it on a laptop with a charged battery and connect it to AC power. On the phone click Menu, Settings, Wireless and Network, USB Settings, Samsung Kies. Connect the phone to the computer using the supplied USB cable. About a minute after the drivers are installed, Kies will offer a firmware upgrade. Do it. Follow the on screen instructions. It's pretty much automatic. Needless to say, while upgrading don't turn off the computer, connect other peripherals to it, use applications that may cause it to crash, etc.
To my friends in Brazil: (Galaxy S I9000 desbloqueado Brasil - traduza com o Google Translate)
Samsung doesn't sell the I9000 in Brazil. That's because there's a special I9000B version, the only difference being a digital TV tuner. However the unlocked I9000B price tag is US$ 1100. If you have the option to bring a cell phone from the US without taxes, why overpay? The I9000 does work in Brazil, at least I've tested it in Rio, Sao Paulo and Brasilia.
Get a SIM card ("chip") by TIM, which uses the 2100 MHz frequency. I highly recommend a data plan of at least 250 Mb/month. Also, it's a good idea to enable International Roaming and test the phone directly with your chip while in the US.
Choose the Unlocked International With Year Warranty sold by Amazon.com. Have your order delivered to the US and bring it back with you on the plane, or you will be heavily taxed. Your international credit card issued in Brazil is ok to use here in Amazon, even for deliveries in the US. Try to arrange a way to order in advance, especially if you are not going to stay long in the US, as delays may occur (I ordered mine on Jan 18th, should be delivered 2 days later but only arrived on Feb 7th).
Once the phone arrives, install a SIM card and see if everything works as it should. It is easier to use the warranty in the US if you have to. If you are using your TIM number, you will get 3 SMS messages as soon as you register. One of them has a toll-free number to call TIM in Brazil. Use it to test your speaker and microphone. (Note: roaming charges for both data and voice are *very very* expensive, so don't get excited. If you wanna play with your new toy, get a prepaid SIM. AT&T or T-Mobile should work.)
To configure the Internet, once you're back to Brazil. Click Menu, Settings, Wireless and Network. Then click Mobile Networks, Access Point Names. Click Menu, New APN. Name: TIM Connect Fast, APN: tim.br, Username tim, Password tim, APN type Internet. Leave the rest as it is. Check that the MCC number is 724 and the MNC is 02, 03 or 04. (You can make sure of the correct MNC by typing *#0011# on the dialer - look for Reg PLMN 724-?). Click Menu, Save. To make your phone connect only to 3G (faster but not available everywhere), Menu, Setting, Wireless and Network, Mobile Network, Network Mode, WCDMA only.
To change the input language: Menu, Settings, Locale and Text, Select input method, SWYPE, go back, SWYPE settings, Language, Português Europeu. Brazilian Portuguese works well with that, although you will need to add a few words that are spelled differently.
To change the applications language to Brazilian Portuguese: install an app called MoreLocales2 from Android Market and change locale to pt-BR.

My lollipop came on the expected arrival date in good condition. There was a converter for the charger so that was good. I bought my lollipop from FGS Trading and was able to luckily get the bubble font :) I've had it for about a week now and I'm currently using it with at&t and it is working decently. I had to do a little searching online to manually put in the settings for internet and mms but that works now too. There are plenty of cute wallpapers, songs, and games on this phone to entertain you. The battery lasts for about 2-3 days depending on use. The internal camera is awesome! The external camera takes really clear pictures as well. The cons are that it sometimes doesn't have signal out of nowhere, it lags occasionally and it doesn't have threaded text messaging. Also, I'm having trouble finding software updates for the phone so that it can run faster. Overall this is a really adorable phone if you don't need a touchscreen or all the features of a smartphone. I definitely recommend getting this cute phone!
EDIT: 6-4-11
My friend decided to order from the same company and did not get bubble font. So it is really random; it is not guaranteed that the lollipop will have bubble font.

I bought this phone so I could have a nice looking phone that I could put any SIM Card into. This phone reads both my Austalian SIM card and my AT&T US SIM card. The phone is easy to use and looks good. The expandable memory is great as I can store music and pictures easily.
I am a bit dissapointed by the loudness of the ring but other than that I am happy with my purchase.

I need a dual-sim and have tried a Samsung, which went unstable after 1 year. I bought this DST-L1 and after the latest sw update I am very pleased with it. It has lots of features - and most of all: it's a good phone with good sound, good sensitivity and good battery economy.
It works fine here in Denmark.
The only thing I lack is Android Market, but there is plenty of other good sw outthere.
I am very pleased with this phone.

A very good phone for this price.
These are what i found out... and not sure if these will be the points you would consider to choose a phone
Pros :
1. Good user interface. Its fast and easy
2. Supports Wifi and 3G
3. Has touch key pad (not physical) in both landscape and potrait mode.
4. Supports java applications/games
5. Good camera
6. For that price ,you wont find a lot of phones giving these features.
7. Good sound capability
Con :
1. LG has a app store, but this phone is conisdered as a non us phone. So people who buy it in US will not be able to make use of online LG app store. (This phone works perfectly fine whether you are US or not- its just the online site which we cant take advantage of)
2. Camera tough impressive in day light ,not really good for dim light, inspite of 8 MP and flash.
3. GPS is assisted GPS ,so you need wifi or 3g to use its GPS properly.
Its a good phone if you dont want to spent a lot of money on iphone. All we need basically is available in this phone like Internet, music, photo etc etc.It a good valu for money and happy with this. one more thing its sleek and cool from style perspective.
